NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 12th day of November 2015, in Civil Action No. 2015-CA-001901-NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which LORENZO RODGERS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORENZO RODGERS and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, a Louisiana banking corporation, as successor in interest to CENTURY BANK, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, Sarasota County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 17th day of December, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. by electronica sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Sarasota, Florida:
Lot 33, Block 606, Eighteenth Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page(s) 6, 6A thru 6V, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
