NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 12, 2015, entered in Case No.: 2015-CA-001897 of the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AUDREY SANTINI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AUDREY SANTINI, ROBIN CORCORAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBIN CORCORAN, RAMBLEWOOD ACRES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on December 17, 2015, bidding begins at 9:00 a.m. (EST), the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
UNIT 1-B-4, RAMBLEWOOD ACRES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1044, PAGES 1842 TO 1874 INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGE 4, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ALSO KNOWN AS 3206 RAMBLEWOOD CIRCLE, SARASOTA, FL 34237.
