To the Defendants FRANCIS CHARNEAU and ISABELLE CHARNEAU, 3342 Albin Avenue, North Port, Florida 34286, and all others whom it may concern:
You are hereby notified that an action to foreclose a mortgage lien on the following property in Seminole County, Florida:
Lot 26, Block 29, North Port Charlotte Estates, 2nd Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 44, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michael C. Caborn, Esquire, Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 390 N. Orange Avenue, Suite 1500, Orlando, Florida 32801, on or before 30 days from the date of the 1st publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. See §49.09, Fla Stat. This Notice of Action shall be published once during each week for two (2) consecutive weeks under §49.10(c), Fla. Stat.
