NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2014, and entered in 2010 CA 000533 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and CURRENT TENANTS; JAMI SLUGA F/K/A JAMI WINSHIP; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMI SLUGA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 14, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, LESS THE NORTHERLY 100 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK A, JESSIE K. HILL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
