Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 27, Block 212, 16th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 34, 34A through 34G, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on December 15, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid or one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) whichever is less. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
