NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 12, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014CA006779NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein SANTANDER BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and LYNDA A KIANSTEN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYNDA A. KIANSTEN, TERRACES OF FOREST LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A.M. ENGINEERING, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of December, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 2231, BUILDING 4, TERRACES OF FOREST LAKES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1279, PAGE 1281, AND AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 50 THRU 50E, INCLUSIVE, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 21 THROUGH 21E, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
