Final Judgment was awarded on October 21, 2015 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-005009ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-AM3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AM3 is the Plaintiff, and DONNA LAGINESS A/K/A DONNA LEE LAGINESS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA LAGINESS A/K/A DONNA LEE LAGINESS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN BOROUGH OF ZEPHYRHILL, PASCO COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 3439, PAGE 701, ID# 15-26-21-0030-00600- 0040, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS.
BEING AT THE NE CORNER OF TRACT 6, IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE RUN WEST 63 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 165 FEET; THENCE EAST 63 FEET; THENCE NORTH 165 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE RIGHT OF WAY OF STATE ROAD 54 AS NOW ESTABLISHED.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
