NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12 August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-003908ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Ivan Sanchez, Martina Vazquez, SunTrust Bank, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 16th of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
