NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 2013CA005691CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA. is the Plaintiff and Brian James Mullins; Unknown Spouse of Brian James Mullins; Unknown Tenant #1 in Possession of the Property; Unknown Tenant #2 in Possession of the Property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 210, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
