You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Kelley L. Church, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S. Orange Avenue, Suite 900, Orlando, FL 32801, on or before 12-21-2015, (or 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on 12-21-2015 or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
