You are hereby notified that an action to foreclose a mortgage lien on the following property in Pasco County, Florida:

LYING WEST OF POWERLINE ROAD, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTH 15 FEET OF THE EAST 1/4 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF SOUTH 528 FEET OF OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 LYING WEST OF POWERLINE ROAD, AND OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 15 FEET OF THE EAST 1/4 OF SOUTH 1/2 OF SOUTH 528 FEET OF SAID NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 LYING WEST OF POWERLINE ROAD, IN SAID SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE EAST 40 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 528 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 THEREOF.
has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michael C. Caborn, Esquire, Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 390 N. Orange Avenue, Suite 1500, Orlando, Florida 32801, on or before 30 days from the date of the 1st publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. See §49.09, Fla. Stat. This Notice of Action shall be published once during each week for two (2) consecutive weeks under §49.10(c), Fla. Stat.
