The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida; Case No. 2015CA002908CAAXES; and is styled THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-24 vs. CAROL A. HARRIS; ANGELINA MARIE, INC.; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT SUNCOAST LAKES, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Brandon Ray McDowell, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 900, Orlando, FL 32801, on or before 12-21-2015, (or 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you.
