NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 14, 2015, entered in Case No. 09-CA-016470 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Resi Whole Loan III LLC is the Plaintiff and Brian J. Blumer; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Incorporated, as Nominee for Suntrust Mortgage, Inc.; Rivercrest Community Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 4th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 28, RIVERCREST PHASE 2 PARCEL “O” AND “R”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 115 THROUGH 126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
