NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2015, and entered in 12-CA-015665 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and LEVAR GRANT, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ELMINA NICKIE, DECEASED.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, LIENORS AND OTHE RPARTIES TAKING INTEREST UNDER ELMINA NICKIE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION; LEVAR A. GRANT; EDWARD PHILLIP OSCAR; SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY II HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT N/K/A EDWARD OSCAR are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 09, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK “D”, OF SOUTH FORK UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGES 88 THROUGH 95, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
