NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2015, and entered in 12-CA-016355 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A3CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-C is the Plaintiff and GLORIA SYLVESTER; OSCAR SYLVESTER; TENANT N/K/A AUTHUR BARNES; CAPITOL ONE BANK (USA) N.A F/K/A CAPITOL ONE BANK ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 09, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 26 FEET OF THE NORTH 65 FEET OF LOT 1 IN BLOCK 10 OF MAY'S ADDITION TO TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
