NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-015124 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff and DARRELL EDWARD MCSWEENEY A/K/A DARRELL MCSWEENEY, et al., are the Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 3, LOGAN GATE VILLAGE PHASE IV, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
