NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 27 October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-001330 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Alice Shillingford, HSBC Finance Corporation successor by merger to HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A. fka Household Bank (SB), N.A., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 15th of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
