NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 3, 2015 and an Order on Defendant's Emergency Motion to Oppose Foreclosure Sale dated October 30, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-010470 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and ODELIO HERNANDEZ; JULIA A. HERNANDEZ; DISCOVER BANK; CITY OF TAMPA;, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of January, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25 AND 26, OF BLOCK 35, MCFARLENE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
