NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-010674, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WACHOVIA MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, ASSET-BAKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AMN1 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. SILVEUS A/K/A MICHAEL JOSEPH SILVEUS JESSICA H. SILVEUS A/K/A JESSICA HENRY SILVEUS ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY , THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS UNKNOWN TENANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMNET MORTGAGE INC., D/B/A AMERICAN MORTGAGE NETWORK OF FLORIDA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1, LAND-LACKEY ESTATES UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
