NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 27 October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-005347 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2007-CH4 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-CH4, is the Plaintiff and Laronda Minto, Robert Mino aka Roberto Minto, The Homeowners' Association of the Palms, Inc., Towne Estates at the Palms Homeowners Association, Inc,, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 15th of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
