NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-032179 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CitiGroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AHL3, Plaintiff and Sandra Antoniette Sacerdote a/k/a Sandra A. Sacerdote and Felix Alberto Navas-Garcia a/k/a Felix A. Navas Garcia are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 7, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 14, HENDERSON ROAD SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
