NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-27452 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, As Successor Trustee To Bank Of America, N.A., As Successor To Lasalle Bank N.A., As Trustee For Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-4, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors and Lienors of Joginder S. Dhaliwall, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 25, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
