NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 13-CA-002174 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DITECH FINANICAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and, BOWMAN, LAURIE, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of December, 2015, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 15316, BUILDING 29, QUAIL RUN PHASE V, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 45 AND THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3878, PAGE 1753 AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4163, PAGE 472, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
