NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-CA-018145 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF RBSHD 2013-1 TRUST, Plaintiff, and, OTERO, JEREMIAH, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of December, 2015, the following described property:
