ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-25, is the Plaintiff and EDDIE L RUSSELL,JR; MELISSA D MILLER; ZERON S MCCARTHON; GWENDOLYN RUSSELL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; AGENCY FOR HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/8/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
