NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-007531 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-11 is the Plaintiff and CRAIG J CHALMERS; ANGELA R CHALMERS A/K/A ANGELA R OVERCA CHALMERS; CITIBANK, N.A.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/7/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
