NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 28th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-9142, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein : WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WCW3, is the Plaintiff and ARTURO CISNEROS; MARTA ALONSO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; GREEN TAMPA BAY HOMES, LLC; COUNTRY HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT, and any unknown heirs devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named defendants,are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 7th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 4, COUNTRY HILLS, UNIT ONE B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
