Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Consent Summary Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem entered in the above styled case, Case Number 2011-CC-000687 in the County Court of Hillsborough, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 11703-A RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JUNE 19, 1984 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4358, PAGE 671 ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 83 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on January 8, 2016. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
