NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on the 10th day of November 2015, and entered in Case NO. 15-CA-005562 in the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, wherein Entrust of Tampa Bay, LLC F.B.O. Robert R. Hill Jr. IRA # 2407, is the Plaintiff and Tycoma Inc as Trustee for Trust Allamana 5238 UTD, May 23, 2008 and Unknown Tenants are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder in an online sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 31st day of December 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 15 of PROGRESS VILLAGE UNIT NO. ONE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 32 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
