Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment and pursuant to the Order on Motion to Reschedule Sale entered in the above styled case, Case Number 2012-CC-013155 in the County Court of Hillsborough, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 11717 A OF RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 5 A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4358, PAGE 671, AND ANY AMENDMENTS FILED THERETO AND AS DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on December 16, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
