NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 30th day of July, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-007955, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CHASE MORTGAGE FINANCE TRUST MULTI-CLASS MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-S5, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE BURBAGE A/K/A CHRISTINE ACRI A/K/A CHRISTY ACRI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE BURBAGE A/K/A CHRISTINE ACRI A/K/A CHRISTY ACRI; PEMBERTON OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; SATTELLITE INDUSTRIES, INC., A DISSOLVED FLORIDA CORPORATION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1; TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession,are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
