NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 2009-CA-028102, in which BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and Joseph M. Pfotenhauer and Gwendolyn Pfotenhauer, Defendants and any and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, the Clerk will sell the following described property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
The South 199.6 feet of the West 218.2 feet of the East 597.6 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 24, Township 28 South, Range 22 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, TOGETHER with an non-exclusive easement in common with others over and across the North 30 feet of the South 229 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 24, Township 28 South, Range 22 East, LESS the East 550 feet thereof.
