NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2015, and the Order on Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated November 5, 2015, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court, Pat Frank, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 12th day of January, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
