NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-005930, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER S. SPRING A/K/A CHRISTOPHER SCOTT SPRING; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER S. SPRING A/K/A CHRISTOPHER SCOTT SPRING;MAUREEN T. SPRING A/K/A MAUREEN TERESE SPRING; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR E-LOAN, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 4th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1, CYPRESS TREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
