LOT 11 BLOCK A, BLACKSTONE AT BAY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGE 124 THROUGH 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 321 Vine Cliff Street, Ruskin, FL 33570; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on December 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
