NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005965 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and MARGARITA RIVAS, et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 8 & 9, BLOCK 3, OAKLAND HEIGHTS SUBDIVISON, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 705 Oakland Heights Ave., Plant City, FL 33563
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
