NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 023684 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-ASAP2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and OMAR PUIG, et. al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 74, Block 1 of Wood Lake Phase 1 Unit No. 4B, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 63 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
