UNIT 263, SCHOONER COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17851, PAGE 184, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7001 INTERBAY BLVD UNIT 263, TAMPA, FL 33616; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on December 22, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
