NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 26, 2015 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-15686 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST HORIZON ALTERNATIVE MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2004-AA6 is Plaintiff and SUNSHINE SAVINGS BANK F/K/A SUNSHINE STATE CREDIT UNION, DENNIS PIMM, JENNIFER PIMM, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of December, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 33, Block 4, First Resubdivision of Blocks 4, 6, 7 and 15 of Holdens Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 9, Page 68, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
