NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 13, 2015 and entered in Case No. 14-008630-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein GLEANER LIFE INSURANCE SOCIETY is the Plaintiff and DAVID AYRES; EDEL AYRES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE PALMS OF TARPON SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MELVIN TORREANCE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A FLOR TORREANCE are the Defendants, The Clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/4/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 644, BUILDING 4, THE PALMS OF TARPON SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14822, PAGES 374 THROUGH 454, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
