NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-003739-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantee, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustee, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Charles Melby a/k/a Charles R. Melby a/k/a Charles Robert Melby, Deceased; Unknown Spouse of Charles Melby a/k/a Charles R. Melby; Harbor Palms, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Clark Melby, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Charles Melby a/k/a Charles R. Melby a/k/a Charles Robert Melby, Deceased; Clark Melby; Nathan Melby are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 503 A, HARBOR HILLS UNIT 11 B, C, D, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
