STRONG, MICHELLE STRONG, LSG COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, PRESIDIO ENTERPRISES, LLC, JOHN DOE N/K/A THOMAS BIRD, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 25, 2015, in Case No.: 52-2012-CA-014372-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pinellas County, Florida, in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND L TRUST is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER C. STRONG, et al. are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Pinellas County:
Lot 20, Block D of Lake St. George-Unit III, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 80, Page(s) 5-6, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on December 7, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
