NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2015, and entered in 09-004878-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GORILLA CAPITAL LOAN SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and YVONNE VARGAS KANE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YVONNE VARGAS KANE N/K/A WILLIAM J KANE; KIPPS COLONY ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PASADENA YACHT & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTHERN INVESTMENTS, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; CACH, LLC; CITY OF ST PETERSBURG BEACH, FLORIDA ; FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY; WILLIAM KANE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 08, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, KIPP'S COLONY ESTATES AT PASADENA YACHT AND COUNTRY CLUB, ACCORDING TOT HE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE(S) 72 TO 75, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
