NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 15-000050-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and MAUREEN O'NEIL, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on January 22, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PINELLAS County, Florida, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 41, SKYVIEW TERRACE SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
