TO: Defendants, JOHN DOE, being the unknown spouse of Genise S. Smith and JOHN DOE1 being the unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors and trustees of Kristin Ares n/k/a Kristin Bellobuon, deceased.
The Plaintiff has instituted this action against you seeking to quiet and confirm title with respect to the property described below.
The Plaintiffs in this action are JOHN KEEM and DAVID DUSZYNSKI.
The Plaintiff filed this action against you on 10/7/15 in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Civil Division, Case No: 15-6438CI to quiet title.
The property that is the subject matter of this action is in Pinellas County, Florida, and is described as follows:
Lot 21, 30th AVE SUBDN., a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 5, Page 96, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to David S. Delrahim, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is Englander Fischer, 721 First Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 on or before Dec. 18, 2015, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
If you fail to file an answer within the above prescribed time, a default will be entered against you in this matter for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
