NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-6499-CO-041 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WOODSIDE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MARIE J. AYERS; THOMAS E. AYERS; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 NKA JOHN and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 NKA JOHN are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of December, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit Number 802, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Woodside Village, A Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4861, Pages 1517 through 1586, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, Pages 78 through 86, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A/K/A: 4215 East Bay Dr, Unit 802, Largo, FL 33764
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
