NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 12, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2014-CA-002398, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER SECURITIZATION SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JULY 1, 2005 STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE1, is Plaintiff and JERRY MELCHER; BARBARA MELCHER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE FOR FINANCE AMERICA, LLC; ISPC AKA THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5, 6 AND 7, B.C. BASS RE-SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 10, 11, 12 AND 13, BLOCK 15 MILTON PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 9, PAGE 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
