NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13004474CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH3 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 207-CH3 is the Plaintiff and LAURA E. GUNDEN; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURA E. GUNDEN; UNKNOWN TENANT; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTYare defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd day of December, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, IN BLOCK “H”, OF CREST LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
