NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order resetting foreclosure sale and the Final Judgment dated March 27, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-004039, DIVISION: 33, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and CHRISTINA F. PELL A/K/A CHRISTINA PELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINA F. PELL A/K/A CHRISTINA PELL; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 1st day of December, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK “C”, HIGHVIEW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO A PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
