YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. A-2, of MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Page 45, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3665, Page 870, et seq., all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with any and all amendments to the Declaration and any undivided interest in the common elements or appurtenances thereto. With the following street address: 1623 Mission Hills Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33759.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before Dec. 31, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
